Our goal is to share understanding and action towards building a more inclusive and equitable future for all involved in football throughout the region.

Kieran is the Youth Development Officer for Sport in Mind.
Sport in Mind is the UK’s leading mental health sports charity with a simple mission: "To improve the lives of people experiencing mental health problems through sport and physical activity."
They deliver physical activity projects (sport, walking, dance & movement, gardening and exercise sessions) in partnership with the amazing NHS to aid recovery, promote mental wellbeing, improve physical health, combat social isolation and empower people to move their lives forward in a positive direction.
In this episode, Kieran talks about the importance of sport in fostering good mental health and the techniques their provision offers to support young people.
